Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Mount Pleasant Elementary Spring Craft Market!
This market will be part of our annual MTP Day community celebration where hundreds of community members and school families come to our school ground for a day of fun and entertainment. MTP Day also coincides with the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market which draws visitors from across the city. We are seeking talented community crafters and artisans to join us for this bustling event!
Fees: $75 for a 6 foot table
Date: Sunday, June 8, 2025
Time: 11am-3pm
Setup: 9:30-11am
Tear Down: 3pm-4pm (no early pack-ups)
Admission for shoppers will be by donation (suggested $2). Vendors are responsible for collecting payment for their own items.
Funds raised from table sales & door donations will go to the MTP Parents Advisory Council to help provide opportunities for the school community.
We will not be accepting any vendors selling baked goods as we will be running a bake sale during the event. Vendors selling prepared foods (sauces, salsa etc) will be accepted.
Applications will be reviewed in the order they are submitted. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible as there are limited spots available.
**Spots for accepted vendors will be held for 48 hours after the acceptance notice is sent out. If payment is not received within this time frame, the table may be offered to another vendor**
*Items not listed on application form may be removed.
*Set up must be completed by 11am sharp.
*Vendors must stay set up until 3pm when the market closes. No early tear downs.
